In 2023, for the 18th consecutive year, The Sutton Center is again proud to partner with NatureWorks, Inc. NatureWorks, a Tulsa non-profit organization, assists in the development and conservation of wildlife preserves, wildlife habitats, and educational opportunities for adults and children regarding the values of sharing our homeland with wildlife.
With the generosity and financial support of NatureWorks and other contributors, the Sutton Art Award scholarship program is able to offer cash awards to Oklahoma’s high school students as well as their teachers. The top twenty awarded scholarship entries will be featured at the NatureWorks Wildlife Art Show & Sale in the spring of 2023 (www.natureworks.org).
Online entries are due in early January and are judged by a panel made up of both Sutton Center and NatureWorks board members, and university professors. A photo gallery displaying all the entries will be displayed on the Sutton website and winners will be announced on Monday, January 30th. The Sutton Center and NatureWorks, Inc., are proud to recognize the incredible talent of our Oklahoma students!
