NASA Raptor Incubation Study

We have worked on a cooperative project with NASA to study the incubation temperatures of developing eggs. The research involved the use of NASA's "space-age" infrared thermal imaging video camera to determine the precise temperatures of Bald Eagle eggs during incubation.

It is hoped that results from this research will lead to the development of a highly efficient incubator that will improve the survival of endangered species bred in captivity.
